Modern Slavery Policy.
James Maxwell Limited is committed to removing all acts of modern day slavery from within its own business and from all of its supply chains. James Maxwell Limited acknowledges its responsibility under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 to ensure transparency within the organisation and with suppliers of goods and services to the organisation.
James Maxwell Limited is a supplier of security services in the United Kingdom.
As part of the company’s due diligence processes into slavery and human trafficking the supplier approval process will incorporate a strict review of the controls and methodology undertaken by the supplier. Imported uniform and work-wear from sources outside of the UK and EU are potentially more at risk in regard to slavery/human trafficking issues. The level of management control required for investigating these sources will be continually monitored.
James Maxwell Ltd will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in slavery or human trafficking.
The Company Director shall take the responsibility for implementing this policy statement and its objectives and shall provide adequate resources to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within the organisation or within its supply chains.
This policy statement will be reviewed annually and published.
