We have a team of dedicated store detectives who work with the retailer to monitor everyone coming in and out of the store. Store detectives do not wear uniform unlike static retail guards and blend in with the public and staff on the shop floor and are highly effective in reducing theft from the store.

Any incidents that occur on the shop floor are easily dealt with by the store detectives, swiftly and professionally without drawing attention to your store. Store detectives will liaise with the police following an incident, provide witness statements, conduct interviews with criminals and investigate suspicious activity, as well as provide CCTV evidence leading to successful prosecutions.
